All of the healthy ingredients:
2 large apples with skin
Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
2 small cucumbers, peeled and sliced about 1/4-inch thick
1/2 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon dried (optional)
